Return Policy

Please Contact Tracer Minerals at sales@tracerminerals.com or call 620-865-2041 to start the return process.

 

Returns must be done within 30 days of purchase.

Shipping the product back to Tracer Minerals will be covered by the customer.

The refunded product must be in new, salable condition to be eligible for a full refund of the product.

Processing times for returns are 5 to 10 days after receiving the product back to the original payment method

If a product is returned not in new condition, a 15% fee will apply.

If the item you received was not the correct item due to a clerical error on the part of Tracer Minerals/one of our vendors, or if the item arrived in a damaged or defective condition, please contact us at 620-865-2041 or send an email to sales@tracerminerals.com for correction.
